Quetta railway station blast claims 21 lives
QUETTA: A bomb blast at Quetta Railway station has left 21 people dead and over 50 others injured.
On information police, law enforcement agencies and Rescue teams rushed to the scene.
The injured were shifted to Quetta Civil hospital for medical aid. They are stated to be in critical condition. Emergency has been declared in civil hospital.

The explosion occurred at the time of departure of Jaffar Express. Peshawar bound Jaffar Express was to depart to Peshawar at 9.
The bomb disposal squad is collecting evidence to determine blast was of what nature.
According to the SPP operations Muhammad Baloch, the blast seems to be suicide .
Explosion took place at the time when the passengers were present on platform in large number. Two policemen from Railway police including head constable Ghulam Rasool Jamali and Head constable Bhooral Khan have also been injured in the blast.
According to MS Civil hospital the victims include women as well.
The civil hospital spokesperson said 46 injured have been brought to hospital where every possible medical facility is being provided to them.
Chief Minister (CM) Balochistan Sarfraz Bugti while condemning the blast at Quetta Railway station has ordered immediate investigation into the incident.
The tragic incident is condemnable and is continuation of targeting the innocent people. Now the common man and innocent children are target of the terrorists.; We have reached the elements involved in several incidents of terrorism. We will reach them too.
According to Balochistan government spokesperson police and security forces have reached the site. The report of the incident has been sought. Bomb disposal squad is also engaged in operation.
Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has strongly condemned the explosion near Quetta railway station.
Commiserating with the bereaved families, he prayed for the departed souls. He directed to provide medical aid to the injured.
The Prime Minister also sought an investigation report of the incident from Balochistan government.
Shehbaz Sharif said the terrorists who harm the lives and property of innocent people will have to pay a heavy price. He reaffirmed the commitment to eradicate the menace of terrorism.
