Programs being implemented to train youth in AI: Shaza

ISLAMABAD: Minister for Information Technology, Shaza Fatima, stated that initiatives are being carried out to equip young individuals with skills in Artificial Intelligence (AI).

While addressing a briefing on Zahanat AI in Islamabad on Wednesday, she highlighted the necessity of adopting AI to stay aligned with global technological progress.

She noted that the government is actively fostering AI-focused startups.

She also mentioned that applied sciences will be incorporated into the curriculum at Daanish University. Additionally, AI courses have been introduced in all schools across the Federal Capital Territory, with ongoing efforts to ensure their effective implementation at colleges and universities.
