Gold Price Rebounds by Rs2,300 per Tola in Pakistan

KARACHI: Gold prices in Pakistan have witnessed a sharp rebound on Friday, following rise in prices in global market.
According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of 24-karat gold per tola rose by Rs2,300 to Rs357,000. The 10-gram rate also rose by Rs1,971 to Rs306,069.
This recovery has followed a sharp decline of Rs3,200 recorded a day earlier. The price of gold on Thursday had slipped to Rs354,700.
Gold Prices Up By Rs 300 Per Tola
In the global market, gold prices climbed by $21 to $3,345 per ounce. This also included a premium of $20, sustaining bullish momentum amid safe-haven buying.
Silver prices in the local market also witnessed an uptick and gained Rs86 to trade at Rs3,937 per tola.
