Pakistan gains 2.7 points in Global Consumer Confidence Index
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has gained 2.7 points in the Global Consumer Confidence Index, while the inflation rate has decreased by 18%.
This was revealed in the latest Consumer Confidence Survey 2025 conducted by IPSOS, which highlighted that Pakistan is being regarded as a promising and dependable destination for investment.
The report indicates a 500% surge in the number of people rating the economy as strong since Q1 2024.

According to the findings, national optimism has reached a six-year peak, with 31% of people believing the country is progressing.
The report also mentions that one in five Pakistanis anticipates financial improvement in the next six months.
The survey further notes that confidence in job security has risen to 19%, the highest level ever recorded.
