In a conversation with the media, the spokesperson mentioned that Pakistan recently joined the SCO, and for the first time, it has assumed the chairmanship of the organization.
The conference will focus on issues related to economic cooperation, youth affairs, and social economic development, particularly the increasing poverty.
The spokesperson also noted that the Chinese Prime Minister is set to arrive in Islamabad, and discussions will take place regarding economic matters and advancing CPEC projects.
Mumtaz Zahra confirmed that the Indian delegation has already arrived in Islamabad, but there are no meetings scheduled with Pakistani officials.
