Multilateral cooperation vital to tackle global challenges: Romina
ISLAMABAD: Romina Khurshid Alam, Coordinator to the Prime Minister on Climate Change, has stated that Pakistan is actively collaborating with international partners to secure resources for climate-resilient infrastructure.

Romina Khurshid Alam reaffirmed the government’s commitment to reducing the impacts of climate change and strengthening adaptation efforts. She highlighted that Pakistan has developed a National Adaptation Plan, focusing on resilience in critical sectors such as water, agriculture, and disaster management.
She also mentioned the Living Indus Initiative as a key program aimed at restoring the ecological health of the Indus Basin.
