Education Ministry to Unveil National Policy Development Framework
ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training is set to launch the “National Education Policy Development Framework: Guidelines for Federal and Provincial Education Policies” on Monday, December 9, 2024, at the Allama Iqbal Open University Auditorium, Islamabad at 10.00am.
The event will be graced by Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Federal Minister for Education, as the Chief Guest. Provincial ministers and education secretaries will also be in attendance, emphasizing the collaborative efforts between federal and provincial stakeholders in advancing education policy development.
The National Education Policy Development Framework aims to serve as a comprehensive guide for federal and provincial education policies, fostering a standardized approach to addressing key challenges in education while ensuring alignment with national development goals within the autonomously determined priorities of each province.
This initiative underscores the Ministry’s commitment to strengthening the education sector and promoting equitable and quality learning opportunities across Pakistan, Mr. Mohyuddin Ahmad Wani, Federal Secretary of Education shared the details of the event.
