LAHORE: Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Attaullah Tarar, has stated that there is undeniable evidence linking the violent attacks of May 9 to a well-planned conspiracy.

During a press conference in Lahore on Saturday, he claimed that a political party was behind the May 9 attacks, orchestrating them as part of an organized plot.World recognizes Pakistan’s economic policies: Info Minister

Tarar revealed that instructions were given to PTI leaders and supporters to carry out the assaults, which specifically targeted sensitive installations and involved the desecration of martyrs’ memorials.

He further stated that numerous shops and stores were looted during the attacks.

The Information Minister highlighted that CCTV footage clearly shows PTI supporters involved in acts of arson and vandalism. He emphasized that the footage is secure and cannot be tampered with or altered in any way.

Tarar called for swift trials in the cases related to the May 9 violence and also accused PTI of sending letters to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) that went against Pakistan’s national interests.
