Green tea drinkers have fewer brain lesions linked to dementia

These benefits may include lowering the risk of heart disease, supporting skin health, aiding in weight management, and even decreasing the likelihood of dementia. A recent study from Japan provides additional proof that green tea may assist in combating cognitive deterioration and, in turn, reduce the risk of dementia.
In this study, elderly individuals who regularly consumed green tea showed fewer brain lesions typical of dementia compared to those who did not drink it.
