Finance Minister Leaves for US to Attend WB-IMF Spring Meetings
ISLAMABAD: Federal Finance Minister Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb has left for the United States to attend the World Bank Group/IMF Spring Meetings, which are set to begin on Monday, April 21, and continue through Saturday, April 26, 2025.
During his trip, the Finance Minister is scheduled to hold important meetings with senior officials of both the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF). These meetings will be crucial for discussing global economic trends, Pakistan’s economic situation, and ongoing efforts to strengthen international financial cooperation.

The Finance Minister will also engage in discussions with his counterparts from China, Britain, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey.
