SC constitutional bench withdraws Jan 13, 16 orders of Justice Mansoor Ali Shah

ISLAMAB AD: Supreme Court (SC) constitutional bench has withdrawn January 13 and 16 orders of Justice Mansoor Ali Shah.

Customs Regulatory duty case came up for hearing in SC constitutional bench Tuesday.
Constitutional bench withdrew January 13 and 16 orders of Justice Mansoor Ali Shah besides directing to attach record of Nazar Abbas contempt of court case with customs duty case.

Head of constitutional bench Justice Amin ud Din Khan remarked order was given on January 13 that hearing would take place on January 27. Then hearing was fixed all of a sudden for next day. One judge recused from 3-member bench.

Justice Jamal Mandokhail remarked could that judge give this order that this case be fixed for hearing before specific bench.
