Pakistan-Saudi Arabia vow to strengthen security cooperation
ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Interior Mohsin Naqvi met with Saudi Interior Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif at the Ministry of Interior headquarters in Riyadh for a high-level discussion on mutual security interests and cooperation.

Prince Abdulaziz extended a warm welcome to Mohsin Naqvi and his delegation, reaffirming Saudi Arabia’s unwavering support for Pakistan. In response, Mohsin Naqvi highlighted the deep-rooted religious and brotherly relations between the two nations. He remarked, “Saudi Arabia has consistently supported Pakistan during difficult times, and we greatly appreciate this enduring partnership.”
The Pakistani delegation comprised Ambassador Ahmed Farooq, Director General of Passports and Immigration Mustafa Jamal Qazi, and Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Interior Riffat Mukhtar Raja. Senior Saudi officials, including Deputy Interior Minister Nasser Al-Dawood and Director of Public Security Lieutenant General Mohammed Al-Bassami, were also in attendance.
Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to enhancing cooperation in counter-narcotics operations and other areas of shared interest, further strengthening the historic and strategic ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
