Punjab Govt to launch ‘Karobar Card’ Scheme
LAHORE: The Punjab Government has decided to introduce the ‘Karobar Card’ Scheme to promote small businesses.
The decision was made during a meeting in Lahore, chaired by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz.
Under the Karobar Card Scheme, loans ranging from one hundred thousand to one million rupees will be provided to small business owners.Pakistan attracts Chinese investments in Textile
The meeting also approved the ‘Chief Minister Aasan Karabar Financing Scheme’ for medium-sized businesses, under which loans of up to thirty million rupees will be offered. These loans will be repayable over a period of five years.
The Chief Minister stated that this scheme will create more employment opportunities and help promote the business and industrial sectors in the province.
