Punjab Govt to distribute 100,000 electric bikes to students next year: CM
LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz stated that the provincial government is making every effort to ensure the provision of maximum facilities for students.
She was speaking at an event held at Bahauddin Zakariya University in Multan today, where scholarship cheques were distributed to students under the Honahaar Scholarship Program.CM launches free solar panel scheme
The Chief Minister emphasized that the government will continue extending financial support to deserving students. She further announced that 30,000 electric bikes have already been distributed free of cost to students to improve their transportation facilities. This number, she added, will be increased to 100,000 by next year.
Maryam Nawaz Sharif also highlighted that the government plans to provide interest-free loans to young people to support their business ideas and help them achieve financial independence.
