DG Safe City, Shakir Hussain Dawar, highlighted that prank and unnecessary calls not only consume police resources but can also delay response times in critical situations, potentially endangering lives.
He urged the public to use the “Pucar 15” helpline thoughtfully, stressing that it exists for their benefit and that responsible use is a collective duty. He further called on citizens to discourage prank callers, as their actions waste valuable time and resources.
