Prices of petroleum products likely to be curtailed
ISLAMABAD: Prices of petroleum products are likely to be curtailed from Rs 8 to Rs 10 per liter in Pakistan for next 15 days due to dip in cost of Brent crude oil in international market.
According to report price of Brent crude oil has declined to 64.71 dollars per barrel in international market. Owing to it the prices of petroleum products are likely to be slashed ranging between Rs 8 to 10 per liter.
Sources said levy amounting to Rs 70 per liter has been imposed by government on petrol and diesel.
It is under consideration to increase ratio of GST due to persistent decline in the prices of petroleum products in international market.is petroleum jelly safe
Government had made adjustment in the cost of electricity instead of slashing prices of petroleum products on March 31 too.
