In a statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office, PM Shehbaz congratulated Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif, the Ministry of Aviation, the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA), and the management of PIA for their efforts in achieving this milestone.
The Prime Minister emphasized that the lifting of the ban would enhance PIA’s reputation and bring financial benefits to the airline.
He noted that this achievement was a testament to the success of Pakistan’s policies and would also facilitate air travel for Pakistanis residing in Europe.
