PIA resumes its flight operation to Europe
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has officially resumed its flight operations to Europe, with the first flight departing from Islamabad International Airport to Paris.

Speaking at the occasion, Defence Minister Khawaja Asif described the restoration of flights to Europe as a monumental achievement. He stated that the national carrier will gradually expand its operations to cover the entire European region.
The Defence Minister reiterated the commitment to reviving PIA’s former glory, emphasizing that the airline represents the nation’s pride and identity. He also announced plans to restart PIA flights to the UK and the US in the near future.
Khawaja Asif further revealed that PIA will undergo privatization and its fleet will be expanded. He expressed confidence that PIA will reclaim its position in the market.
