PCB’s strike force to select 50 talented batters

LAHORE: Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has made another significant decision to enhance the national T20 team, introducing the creation of a “strike force.”

This initiative is designed to bring fresh talent to the team, PCB sources revealed to APP on Sunday. The strike force will focus on identifying and nurturing 50 skilled batters from all over the country.

Pakistan men’s central contracts announced

As per the sources, 50 young power hitters will be selected purely on merit from across Pakistan. The project will be led by former all-rounder Abdul Razzaq, who will oversee the selection and training process. These players will undergo specialized training in power hitting to improve their strength and impact on the game.
