The recent killing of the Secretary General of Hezbollah in Lebanon represents a significant escalation in an already tense region.

Pakistan reaffirms its solidarity with the people of Lebanon. We call on the United Nations Security Council to take action to prevent Israel’s aggression in the region, uphold international law, and restore peace in the Middle East.
