OGRA Cuts RLNG Prices for June 2025

ISLAMABAD: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has slashed prices of Re-gasified Liquefied Natural Gas (RLNG) for the month of June 2025.
It has cited a reason of a slight decrease in terminal charges, leading to reduction in RLNG prices.
According to a notification issued on Friday, the regulator has reduced RLNG prices for consumers of both Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) and Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGCL).
Gas Demand Dip Prompts SNGPL’s Call to MOL for Supply Cuts
For SNGPL, the regulator has set transmission price at $11.0154 per MMBtu and the distribution price at $11.7816 per MMBtu which is down by 0.09% each.
For SSGCL, the regulator has also set transmission and distribution prices at $9.7284 and $10.8650 per MMBtu, registering a reductions of 0.09% and 0.08%, respectively.
OGRA stated that the revised rates were determined following the federal government policy guidelines.
