OGDCL Revives and Enhances Oil Production from Pasakhi-5 Well in Hyderabad, Sindh
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s leading oil and gas exploration company, Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), has successfully increased oil production from the Pasakhi-5 well, situated in the Hyderabad district of Sindh. This well is part of the Pasakhi Development & Production Lease (D&PL), in which OGDCL holds a 100% operational stake.
To improve efficiency and boost output, OGDCL implemented a strategic initiative by deploying a rig to install an Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) at the well.
