NPO to organize webinar on “Quality Control Circles”

ISLAMABAD: The National Productivity Organization (NPO) is set to host a webinar titled “Quality Control Circles” on December 10 (Tuesday).

A quality circle refers to a group of employees who collaborate to identify and resolve issues while enhancing quality in their work environment. This approach empowers employees to take responsibility for their tasks and initiate positive changes.

The webinar will cover topics related to improvement strategies, the concept of a quality circle, the “iceberg of ignorance,” X and Y technologies, and the history of quality circles.

It will also focus on the goals of a quality circle, its operational cycle, and the distinctive characteristics that make it effective.

The session is aimed at industrialists, senior managers, department heads, production managers, and executives from all sectors.
