ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi stated that CPEC initiatives have elevated the friendship between Pakistan and China to unprecedented levels.
He made these comments during a meeting with Chinese Consul General Zhao Shiren in Lahore.
Mohsin vows to eliminate terrorists with public support
During their discussion, the Interior Minister congratulated him on Chinese National Day. They talked about issues of shared interest and explored ways to enhance bilateral relations.
Mohsin Naqvi mentioned that under President Xi Jinping’s guidance, China has achieved remarkable milestones in its development.
He emphasized that China is Pakistan’s most trusted and steadfast ally, and its rapid advancement serves as a model for others.
The Interior Minister highlighted China’s significant historical contribution to strengthening Pakistan’s economy, which remains unforgettable.
He assured that the friendship between Pakistan and China will remain strong and enduring.
During the meeting, the Chinese Consul General expressed gratitude to the Interior Minister for making some procedural changes at the request of Chinese businesspeople. He affirmed that Pakistan is China’s closest ally and that their cooperation will persist.
