Million Smiles, JazzCash bring Pakistan’s largest youth leadership bootcamp

ISLAMABAD: JazzCash and Million Smiles Private Ltd collaboratively organized “Eagles Nest,” Pakistan’s largest youth leadership boot camp. The event brought together over 125 young delegates representing diverse cultures and minority groups from 75 universities and 40 cities across the country.

The four-day program focused on equipping future leaders through hands-on learning experiences centered on strategic thinking, teamwork, and leadership development. Designed to prepare participants for the digital era, the initiative included mentoring sessions led by JazzCash representatives.

The program, set in a wilderness environment, challenged participants to enhance critical skills such as conflict resolution, goal setting, decision-making, communication, leadership, and self-reliance. Activities included trekking, mentoring sessions, spiritual leadership discussions, and team-building exercises.
