Interior Minister visits Saudi Directorate of Passports

Riyadh: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi paid a visit to the Saudi Directorate of Passports in Riyadh, where he met with its Acting Director General, Major General Dr. Saleh Al-Murabaa.

During the meeting, both sides deliberated on effective strategies to streamline passport issuance processes and prevent forgery. They also held detailed discussions regarding the E-Gates system.Pakistan-Saudi Arabia vow to strengthen security cooperation

Speaking at the occasion, Mohsin Naqvi highlighted that cooperation with the Saudi Directorate of Passports would greatly assist in modernizing Pakistan’s passport system.

He announced plans to establish a Call Center in Pakistan modeled after the Saudi Directorate of Passport’s Call Center.


The Interior Minister also toured various departments of the Directorate, inspected its Call Center, and reviewed the advanced technology and modern systems being used for passport management.
