Govt’s prudent policies yielding positive results in economy: Tarar

ISLAMABAD: The Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Attaullah Tarar, stated that the government’s effective policies are producing favorable outcomes, evidenced by a reduction in inflation and stabilization of prices for essential goods.

During a press conference in New York, he mentioned that reforms are being put into action to boost economic development and offer relief to the populace.

The Information Minister highlighted that the Chinese Hawaii Company will provide training to 300,000 students in Pakistan, while Google has pledged to increase its investment.

He noted that the prices of fuel and food items have significantly decreased in recent months.
Attaullah Tarar announced that a task force has been established to review agreements with Independent Power Producers (IPPs).

The Minister expressed that Pakistan strongly denounces Israeli aggression against Lebanon and that the government is firmly committed to Quaid-i-Azam’s policy of not recognizing Israel.
