LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has announced that sustainable, eco-friendly initiatives are being implemented under the Suthra Punjab Program to enhance cleanliness throughout the province.

In a statement, she noted that rural areas are being included in extensive cleaning efforts for the first time.

Maryam Nawaz emphasized the importance of adopting proper waste disposal practices and urged a transition away from plastic use, which significantly contributes to pollution.
