The livelihoods of the people in Balochistan and the economic stability of the province rely on the effective operation of Gwadar Port. Its optimal functioning will also alleviate the load of imports and exports on Karachi Port.

The foreign currency earned from Gwadar Port will positively influence the lives of the local community.

Following the activation of Gwadar Port, there will be a noticeable decrease in the poverty level in the province, along with a significant drop in unemployment. Preference for jobs at Gwadar Port will be given to local residents.
