Facilitation of SIFC leading to development of petroleum sector

ISLAMABAD: The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) is playing a crucial role in advancing the development of the petroleum sector. Recently, the SIFC, in collaboration with OGDCL, identified gas reserves in the Sanghar district of Sindh.

Increase witnessed in remittances at beginning of current FY

Thanks to the efforts of oil and gas exploration companies, the country has seen a notable increase of twenty-six percent in crude oil reserves and two percent in gas reserves by the end of the fiscal year 2024.
