ISLAMABAD: Dr. Musadik Malik, Federal Minister for Petroleum, emphasized Pakistan’s policy initiatives on Friday aimed at attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) in the country’s energy, renewable energy, and mining sectors.Shan Foods welcomes Tahir Malik as its first Global CEO

Dr. Malik made these remarks while participating in the 28th World Investment Conference 2024 in Riyadh, where he engaged in fruitful discussions with global energy leaders.

During a panel session titled “Diversifying Energy Sources: Accelerating FDI in Energy and Minerals Projects,” the minister highlighted Pakistan’s accomplishments in the sector and reiterated the government’s commitment to supporting and facilitating investors.

Other notable panelists included Daler Juma, Minister of Energy and Water Resources of Tajikistan; Sujatha, Vice President for Global Partnerships and Net Zero at Invest India; and Omar Aldaweesh, CEO of EDF Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
