Pakistan strongly condemns Israeli aggression against Syria

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan strongly condemns Israel’s aggression against Syria and its illegal occupation of Syrian territory. This attack on Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity is a serious violation of international law.

Israel’s provocative actions represent a dangerous escalation in an already unstable region. Israel has persistently ignored international law and violated United Nations Security Council Resolutions.Pakistan welcomes UNGA resolution calling for Israel’s withdrawal from Palestine

Pakistan fully supports Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and rejects Israel’s forcible acquisition of land. We reaffirm our support for UN Security Council Resolution 497, which declares Israel’s annexation of the Golan Heights as “null and void and without international legal effect.”

We call on the international community, including the United Nations Security Council, to take immediate and decisive action to end Israeli impunity, its repeated breaches of international law, and its aggression against countries in the region.

Pakistan once again stresses that lasting peace in the Middle East cannot be achieved without Israel’s complete withdrawal from Occupied Palestine and other occupied territories, including the Syrian Golan.
