Chinese Envoy calls for boosting Pak-China cooperation

ISLAMABAD: Chinese Ambassador Jiang Zaidong has emphasized the importance of advancing Pak-China strategic and bilateral collaboration across a broad spectrum of activities involving different sectors of society.

During his visit to the Karachi Nuclear Power Plants K-2 and K-3, the Ambassador praised the joint efforts of the Chinese Power Company and the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission in completing these projects.China leads Paralympics with 188 medals

He encouraged Chinese energy companies to also engage in non-CPEC projects and the power sector to reinforce the economic foundations between the two nations.

Regarding the upcoming C5 Nuclear Power Plant, he commended the ongoing discussions between the two countries and pledged full support for the project’s implementation, which will ultimately boost Pakistan’s nuclear power capabilities.

He also expressed gratitude to the Chairman of PAEC for ensuring comprehensive safety and security for the Chinese workforce.
