ISLAMABAD: Technology and Telecommunication, Ms. Shaza Fatima Khawaja and Chinese Ambassador Mr. Jiang Zaidong discussed deepening digital

collaboration between Pakistan and China. The meeting, held at the

Ministry of IT, reaffirmed both countries’ resolve to strengthen their longstanding partnership in emerging technologies.

Key areas of discussion included smart city initiatives, Artificial

Intelligence (AI) programs, and broader technical cooperation. Minister Khawaja outlined Pakistan’s strategic vision to harness digital tools for economic growth and public service enhancement, while Ambassador Jiang reiterated China’s commitment to support Pakistan’s digital advancement through practical cooperation and expertise exchange.
