April Trade Deficit Hits $3.39bn, 3-Year High

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s trade deficit for April 2025 increased by 55% MoM to US$3.39bn, marking the highest monthly trade deficit in 3 years.
Imports increased by 15% MoM to US$5.5bn and Exports declined by 19% MoM to US$2.1bn.
Trade Deficit Narrowed in March 2025
In 10MFY25, trade deficit up by 9% YoY to US$21.351bn compared to US$19.622bn in 10MFY24.
