ISLAMABAD: Minister for Privatization, Abdul Aleem Khan, has encouraged Chinese investors to explore opportunities in the housing, energy, and transport sectors in Pakistan.
He was chairing a Business and Investment Roundtable in Beijing aimed at enhancing investment collaboration between Pakistan and China.
Abdul Aleem Khan noted that significant advancements have been made in bolstering business-to-business and investment cooperation since Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s visit to China.
He emphasized that the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) has been fundamental to economic cooperation between the two nations, highlighting that industrialization will be a key focus in its next phase.
On this occasion, three memorandums of understanding were signed between Chinese and Pakistani companies.
