Afghan Citizen Card (ACC) Holders to leave Pakistan by March 31, 2025
ISLAMABAD: The Illegal Foreigners Repatriation Program (IFRP) has been in effect since November 1, 2023. Following the government’s decision to deport all undocumented foreigners, the national leadership has now extended this directive to include ACC (Afghan Citizen Card) holders as well.
All unauthorized residents and ACC holders are urged to leave Pakistan voluntarily by March 31, 2025. After this deadline, deportation proceedings will commence from April 1, 2025.

It is important to note that ample time has already been provided to ensure their respectful departure. Authorities have assured that no individual will be mistreated during the repatriation process. Additionally, food and healthcare facilities have been arranged for returning individuals.
Pakistan has generously hosted foreign nationals and remains committed to fulfilling its responsibilities as a sovereign state. It is reaffirmed that anyone wishing to stay in the country must comply with legal requirements and adhere to Pakistan’s constitution.
