Third Round of Pakistan-Kazakhstan Bilateral Political Consultations
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and Kazakhstan conducted the third round of their Bilateral Political Consultations in Islamabad. The Pakistani delegation was led by Ambassador Ahmad Naseem Warraich, Additional Foreign Secretary for Afghanistan & West Asia, while the Kazakh side was headed by Ambassador Alibek Bakayev, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs.
The two parties thoroughly reviewed their bilateral cooperation, covering areas such as political ties, parliamentary exchanges, economic and trade relations, connectivity, education, information technology, telecommunications, culture, and tourism.World Nomad Games: Kazakhstan leading with 43 gold medals
Both sides expressed satisfaction with the current state of their bilateral relations and reaffirmed their commitment to sustaining the momentum of cooperation, with a focus on closer collaboration in multilateral platforms. They agreed on steps to increase trade and economic exchanges and to expand cooperation in tourism and IT sectors.
The discussions also touched on significant regional and global developments, including the situations in Ukraine, Afghanistan, and the Indian-occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
