Pakistan Wins Test Series Against England
Rawalpindi: Pakistan has clinched the Test series against England. Thanks to the outstanding bowling performance by Pakistani spinners, the England team was bowled out for 112 runs in their second innings, setting Pakistan a target of 36 runs, which they successfully chased down for the loss of just one wicket.
In the match played at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, Pakistan began their innings with Saeem Ayub and Abdullah Shafique chasing the 36-run target. However, Saeem Ayub was dismissed LBW by Jack Leach for 8 runs at a total score of 14.

Shan Masood came to the crease and made an immediate impact, hitting three boundaries off three balls, followed by a six, contributing 23 runs from just 6 balls with 4 fours and 1 six.
Saim Ayub was named Player of the Match for his brilliant century in the first innings, while Sajid Khan was awarded Player of the Series for his exceptional bowling.
Nauman Ali took 20 wickets and Sajid Khan took 19 wickets during the series, both representing Pakistan in two out of the three Test matches.
It’s worth noting that this marks Pakistan’s first Test series win on home soil in over three and a half years, with their last home series victory coming against South Africa in January 2021.
